5. SMS and Mobile Information

5.1 What We Collect

When you opt in to SMS communications, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your consent status and timestamp
  • SMS delivery and response data (sent, delivered, failed)
  • Carrier information (for delivery purposes only)

5.2 How We Use SMS Data

We use your mobile information to:

  • Deliver filtered message notifications
  • Send account alerts and security codes

  • Process your STOP and HELP requests

5.3 SMS Third-Party Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, solely as necessary to transmit messages.

5.4 Opting Out of SMS

You can withdraw consent to SMS communications at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. We will confirm your opt-out and cease sending SMS messages within 24 hours. You may also manage SMS preferences in your account settings.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third-party companies to help us operate our Service. These providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your information:

  • Authentication providers: Identity verification and account security
  • Cloud infrastructure providers: Database, hosting, and content delivery

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Our Service is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers and service providers are located.
